Ain't love grand?

If you're interested in purchasing something from my shop, please email me with the item's name in the subject line and I'll put it on hold for you. We'll then determine a pickup time to pay and collect your purchase. (If pickup will be more than one day out, then a 20% deposit is required to keep the item on hold.) I accept cash, check, or Zelle. I also accept Venmo or credit cards (via PayPal) for an additional 3% fee.

Delivery

I’m a one woman show, but happy to offer delivery whenever possible! My fee varies based on your distance to Reading, MA.
-  $50 for deliveries within a 25 mile radius
- $75 for deliveries within a 50 mile radius
For larger or multiple items, I can highly recommend local delivery agencies to assist.

Shipping

I'm up for it if you are! We'll work out the details of timing, location, and cost. Given that these pieces are one of a kind (and delivery walks hand in hand with the potential for damage), you'll have to be ok living on the edge and accepting the potential risks.

Commissioned Work

Email me! (contactpinkpinecone@gmail.com) Please send a description of the piece you’d like refinished and what you envision it looking like when it’s done. If you’re not sure, that’s ok too! In that case, include any styles or colors you gravitate towards so we can chat through ideas. Please send pictures of the what the piece looks like currently, as well as any inspiration images. The more details the better.
After discussing what you’d like done, we’ll select materials, I’ll provide you with an estimate, and we’ll schedule a drop-off/pickup date. Once I have your piece, I’ll begin work and send you updates along the way. Upon completion, pickup/delivery must occur within one week. Unfortunately, I cannot store pieces beyond that timeframe since it inhibits me from working on what’s next in my queue. (So if you want to pick out new hardware, make sure it’s ordered and ready to go before I start work.)

Returns?

Here's the thing. You should LOVE what you’re buying.  And if you don't, then I want to make things right. So if, for whatever reason, you're not 100% excited to drive away with your purchase, let me know, and I will fix it.

... And now to protect myself from folks who might try and take advantage of that. Since you'll see the piece before taking it away, you’ll know exactly what you're getting. Therefore, items are final sale. Measure twice!
